Virtual Shopping Experience Service

 

We are so excited to now offer you the option of shopping in the comfort of your own home, while being a part of a one-on-one virtual shopping experience, at no additional cost to you.

How does it work?  Our showroom displays all of the items we sell on our online boutique website.  We personally provide you with a virtual tour of those displays, while going through your gift list with you, and help you choose the right items, for the right person, at the right price, for any occasion.  We provide our expertise in combining items, from any of our collections, to create the perfect Customized Gift Box.  Once the items are chosen, each gift or gift box will be packaged or wrapped and shipped out to where you want it to go.  Shipping charges will apply.  However, if you are willing to travel to the Vaughan area, free pick-up is also available.

At Rose & Flair, we want to work with you to take the worry out of gift giving, but don’t forget the most important person you should be shopping for…Yourself!  All of our products are also perfect for you and your home.  So, make sure to add yourself to that gift list, and let us do all the work.

FAQ

1.  IS THIS SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE?

Our Virtual Shopping Experience is free of charge.  The only thing you would have to pay for are the items you choose, and any shipping fees associated with them.

2.  IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR GIFT WRAPPING?

All your items are placed in either gift bags, or gift boxes, and professionally wrapped at no extra cost to you.  Additional charges will apply to large orders, or larger items.

3.  HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

To book a one-on-one Virtual Shopping Experience simply email us your request to: info@roseandflair.com.  We will respond with dates and times available, as well as the links to meeting requests.

4.  WHAT PLATFORMS WILL BE USED FOR THE VIRTUAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE?

Virtual Shopping Experiences can be conducted via Zoom or Whatsapp.  You can state your preference when you contact us.

5.  HOW LONG IS THE VIRTUAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE?

There is no set limit on the length of the meetings.  Each meeting will take as long as is necessary to ensure all your needs are met.

6.  HOW DO I PAY FOR THE GIFT ITEMS I CHOOSE? 

Payments can be made with any major credit card (except American Express), or by etransfer.  We will send you an itemized invoice via email, after your Virtual Shopping Experince has been completed.  Once you receive this invoice, payment can then be made.

**Note:  Items will be packaged and shipped subsequent to payments first being received.

7.  IS THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR PUTTING TOGETHER GIFT BOXES, AS OPPOSED TO PURCHASING INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?

Gift Boxes are priced based on the items chosen within the particular box.  There is no additional costs for putting a gift box together.

8.  CAN MY GIFT ITEMS BE SENT ANYWHERE?

Any item you choose can be packaged and shipped anywhere within Canada.  Additional Shipping Charges will be applied based on the size, weight and final destination.  These rates can be discussed during the Virtual Shopping Experience Meeting.

9.  CAN MY GIFT ITEMS BE SENT TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

During the Virtual Shopping Experience Meeting, we can determine which items will need to be shipped to which locations.  Additional Shipping Charges will be applied based on the size, weight and destination, for each gift.

10.  CAN I PICK UP MY GIFT ITEMS?

Pick up is available, free of charge.  We are located in Vaughan, Ontario.  Details can be provided during the Virtual Shopping Experience Meeting.

11.  IS LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

All of our gift items and gift boxes are packaged and shipped out via Canada Post, or local delivery courier services, if Pick Up is not a viable option for you.  Shipping charges will apply based on the delivery service you require.  Details can be discussed during the Virtual Shopping Experience Meeting.
