How does it work?  We personally guide you step by step through a one-on-one virtual tour of our showroom.  We help answer all your questions and provide you with great solutions for your gift giving needs. 

Whether you lack the time, the means or the patience, we are here to help. It's easy to give the perfect gift when the process is made simple.  We can be involved as little or as much as you want us to be, while providing you with access to a variety of products and services.  We hope to inspire you, reduce your anxiety, and build confidence in knowing your gift will be appreciated and loved.  We can also provide our expertise in combining items, from any of our collections, to create the perfect Customized Gift Box.  Detailed Wrapping and Shipping Services are also available, and if you are willing to travel to the Vaughan area, we offer free pick-up.

FAQ

1.  IS THIS SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE?

Our Virtual Shopping Experience is free of charge.  The only thing you would have to pay for are the items you purchase.  Gift wrapping charges and shipping fees also apply.

2.  IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift wrapping is free of charge for any of our Gift Sets currently on the website.  If you are purchasing a customized gift boxa, or would like any of your individual gifts professionally wrapped, additional charges will apply.

3.  HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

To book simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page with a request for a Virtual Shopping Service Appointment, or send an direct email to: info@roseandflair.com.  Provide us with dates and times you are available, as well as the preferred platform *(see FAQ 4.).  We will respond with an appointment confirmation and any information required to join our virtual meet.

4.  WHAT PLATFORMS WILL BE USED FOR THE VIRTUAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE?

Virtual Shopping Experiences can be conducted via Zoom or Instagram or Whatsapp video calls.  You can state your preference when you contact us *(see FAQ 3).

5.  HOW LONG IS THE VIRTUAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE?

There is no set limit on the length of the meetings.  Each meeting will take as long as is necessary to ensure all your needs are met.

6.  HOW DO I PAY FOR THE GIFT ITEMS I CHOOSE? 

Payments can be made with any major credit card (except American Express), or by etransfer.  We will send you an itemized invoice via email, after your Virtual Shopping Service Experience has been completed.  Once you receive this invoice, payment can then be made.

**Note:  Items will be packaged, wrapped and shipped subsequent to payments first being received in full.

7.  CAN MY GIFT ITEMS BE SENT ANYWHERE?

Any item you choose can be packaged and shipped anywhere within Canada and the Continental US.  Additional Shipping Charges will be applied based on the size, weight and final destination.  These rates can be discussed during the Virtual Shopping Service Appointment.

8.  CAN MY GIFT ITEMS BE SENT TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

During the Virtual Shopping Experience Meeting, we can determine which items will need to be shipped to which locations.  Additional Shipping Charges will be applied based on the size, weight and final destination, for each gift.

9.  CAN I PICK UP MY GIFT ITEMS?

Pick up is available, free of charge.  We are located in Vaughan, Ontario.  Details can be provided during the Virtual Shopping Service Appointment.

10.  IS LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

If pick-up is not a viable option for you, then all of our gift/gift box purchases can be shipped out via Canada Post, or local delivery courier services.  Shipping charges will apply based on the delivery service you require.  Details can be discussed during the Virtual Shopping Service Appointment.
