Rose & Flair Lifestyle is a curating website and has relationships with various suppliers, each with their own return and exchange policy.Â
Please note that some products may not be eligible for a return or exchange, or have varying time limits to request a return or exchange.
If a return or exchange needs to be made, you will need to contact us for specific instructions on how to initiate the process.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a return or exchange on a particular product, please contact us prior to completing your purchase for the details.
General Terms and Conditions:
- There is no refund for shipping fees.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- All Sale items are Final Sale, however some sale items may be returned for store credit depending on supplier's terms and conditions.
- Health and personal care items, toys, gift cards, as well as some jewelry and accessories, are all Final Sale, and may not be eligible for a return or exchange.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
- Rose and Flair and its suppliers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@roseandflair.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Rose & Flair Lifestyle is not responsible for damage or loss of item(s) during the original shipping or returning process. We advice choosing Priority Shipping to include insurance coverage for your orders.
