Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You may experience potential delays in shipping due to high volume of orders or postal/courier service issues that are outside of our control.  Please be patient with delivery timelines.

We are located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.  We offer Free Local Pick-Up on certain products only.  Those items will allow you to choose Pick-Up as your shipping option at checkout.  If you are unsure, please email us for clarification at:

All Other Standard Shipping Rates will be displayed at checkout as follows:

Standard Flat Rate Canada:  Available before taxes on certain products only 

Standard Flat Rate USA:  Available before taxes on certain products only (Continental U.S. only)

Free Standard Shipping:  Available before taxes on certain products only

Please Note:  If multiple items are ordered, each item may arrive on separate days and/or arrive in separate packaging.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be sent a confirmation email once we have received your order.  This should provide you with information to check your order status.  Please contact us at anytime if you have any questions with your name, contact information and order number at:

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. boxes, rural postal codes and remote locations are considered beyond points. Please allow time for orders shipped to these addresses.  Additional charges may apply.  Please contact us at info@roseandflair.com prior to ordering if you have any questions.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact info@roseandflair.com so that we can get the issue sorted.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you'll be responsible for all shipping charges.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can't redirect orders once they have been dispatched. 

Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Rose & Flair Lifestyle does not collect international duties and any fees incurred will be paid by the receiver.
